Our Accommodation
Nestled ski-in, ski-out on Perisher’s Front Valley, our nine beautifully appointed suites embody the warmth and elegance of a classic European alpine retreat. Each suite features premium furnishings and a private ensuite, creating an intimate sanctuary after a day on the mountain.
Step directly from our door onto the snow, with the Village 8 Express a short ski away. Return each evening to the glow of our chalet, where a three-course dinner and fully licensed bar await. Accommodation includes daily cooked breakfast, dinner and oversnow transfers — because true alpine luxury is about more than just a room.
Amenities & Parking
Transfers and Parking:
Guest transfers operate via our oversnow vehicle from the Skitube terminal. Please note there is no overnight parking in Perisher Valley; we recommend leaving your vehicle at Bullocks Flat and travelling to Perisher via the Skitube.

At Carruthers Chalet, every detail has been considered to deliver the ultimate alpine experience. After a day carving Perisher’s legendary runs, unwind in our steaming indoor hot tub, or sink into a plush armchair beside the crackling fireplace in our elegant lounge. Your gear is always race-ready in our dedicated ski room, complete with heated lockers to ensure warm, dry equipment every morning.
Gather with fellow guests in our sophisticated dining area for nightly three-course dinners crafted to restore and delight, then linger over a fine wine or après-ski cocktail at our fully licensed bar. When it’s time to wind down, retreat to our cosy TV room for a relaxed end to a perfect mountain day.
Suites
All rooms can be configured with either twin or double bedding
Suite 1 & 2
Suites 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. These rooms can function individually with their own private ensuites and entry doors or as ‘jack and jill’ rooms with a private antechamber and lockable door, suitable for families. Room 1 faces north, whilst room 2 overlooks Front valley.
Suite 3 & 4
Suites 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor. These rooms can function individually with their own private ensuites and entry doors or as ‘jack and jill’ rooms with a private antechamber and lockable door, suitable for families. Both rooms overlook Front Valley.
Suite 5
Suite 5 is located on the ground floor. This room has a private ensuite and overlooks Front Valley.
Suite 6
Suite 6 is located on the ground floor. This is one of our larger suites, with a private ensuite. It overlooks Front Valley.
Suite 7
Suite 7 Is located on the first floor. This is our wheelchair accessible suite. It is our largest room and has an accessible ensuite bathroom. It faces north and has a private deck to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Suite 8
Suite 8 is located on the first floor and has a private ensuite. It faces north and has a private deck to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Suite 9
Suite 9 is located on the first floor and has a private ensuite. It faces east towards the morning sun.
Our Rates
Peak Season (July and August)
2 nights (Friday to Sunday) – $2,400
5 nights (Sunday to Friday) – $3,800
7 Nights (Sunday to Sunday) – $5,800
minimum 7 night stay during NSW School holidays
Shoulder Season (June and September)
2 nights (Friday to Sunday) – $1,400
5 nights (Sunday to Friday) – $2,500
7 Nights (Sunday to Sunday) – $3,800
All bookings include daily cooked breakfast, three-course dinner and transfers from the skitube terminal on arrival and departure.
